Match Preview: Milwaukee v Toronto
The Milwaukee Bombers will be playing international footy this Saturday, taking on the top footy club from Toronto, Canada, the Etobicoke Kangaroos.  The game will take place at Brown Deer Park in Milwaukee, with a scheduled start of 2:00pm.  It was an exciting development during the off season when this match was announced and was a huge step forward for the growth of the club and Aussie Rules Football in Milwaukee.

Milwaukee Bombers Take on Etobicoke Kangaroos

(Milwaukee, WI) - The Milwaukee Bombers will be playing international footy this Saturday, taking on the top footy club from Toronto, Canada, the Etobicoke Kangaroos.  The game will take place at Brown Deer Park in Milwaukee, with a scheduled start of 2:00pm.  It was an exciting development during the off season when this match was announced and was a huge step forward for the growth of the club and Aussie Rules Football in Milwaukee.

 

This will be the Milwaukee Bombers home opener for the 2006 season.  Admission is FREE and everyone and anyone is encouraged to attend.  Before the main match at 2:00pm, there will be a intra-club curtain raiser match featuring the Wisconsin Warbirds.  All players are expected to arrive by 11:30am to help set up the field and for warm-ups.  BBQ will be served during and after the main match for a minimal cash donation.

Saturday, June 3
11:30am: Turn up to set up fields and for warm-ups (Brown Deer Park)

12:00pm: Intra-club Curtain raiser

2:00pm: Etobicoke Kangaroos vs Milwaukee Bombers

4:00pm: BBQ on the field following the match (for minimal cash donation)

Post-match (around 6:00pm - 8:30pm): Riversplash to see fellow Milwaukee Bomber Kevin Brown play.  An informal meeting at the show and then to Water Street afterwards.
