The Milwaukee Bombers teamed up with the Ohio Valley River Rats to become the Division 4 champions at the USAFL National Championships, held in Austin, Texas, over the weekend of October 8 and 9. Having struggled for numbers at both training and games this year, it became evident that the Bombers would need to merge with another club at Nationals in order to be able to put a team out on the park. Therefore, a partnership was formed with Ohio Valley. Division 4 comprised of nine teams, and the Bombers were placed in Pool C along with the Las Vegas Gamblers and Golden Gate/Los Angeles. |
